HGF 8 Week Challenge

Reset your routine. Build strength. Feel like yourself again.

The HGF 8 Week Challenge is designed to help you rebuild consistency, improve your fitness and feel stronger in your body with the structure, support and accountability to stay on track.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll get unlimited HGF classes, progress testing, body scans, nutrition guidance, weekly challenges, education and community support, all designed to help you make real, measurable progress.

Whether you’re returning to training, ready to push yourself further, or looking for a clear goal to work towards, this challenge gives you the plan, the people and the accountability to follow through.

8 weeks. One clear goal: stronger, fitter and more confident.

Progress is easier when you have structure.

This challenge gives you a clear 8 week focus, regular progress checkpoints and a supportive training environment so you are not trying to do it alone.

You’ll train in small group classes, track your progress, build better habits and be supported by the HGF team and community throughout the challenge.

You do not need to be at a certain fitness level to start.

 

You just need to be ready to commit.

Testing sessions are on the following dates:

  • Initial testing - Saturday 17 July 9.30am

  • Mid-point testing - Saturday 15 August 9.30am

  • Final testing - Saturday 12 September 9.30am

What you’ll work on

The challenge is built around the things that create lasting results.

 

Training consistency​

You’ll have unlimited access to HGF classes across the 8 weeks, giving you the flexibility to build a regular training routine that works for your week.

Strength and fitness

You’ll complete start and finish testing so you can see how your strength, fitness and measurements improve across the challenge.

Body composition

You’ll complete three Evolt body scans across the challenge to track changes beyond the scales and understand what is happening in your body.

Nutrition habits

You’ll receive simple nutrition guidance and accountability using MyFitnessPal, helping you build awareness and make better choices without needing a restrictive meal plan.

Accountability and support

You’ll have weekly challenges, education, community support and a mid-point check-in to help you stay focused from start to finish.

How the challenge works

Start strong

At the beginning of the challenge, you’ll complete your initial Evolt scan, measurements, strength testing and fitness testing. This gives you a clear starting point and helps you understand what you are working towards.

 
Build momentum

Across the 8 weeks, you’ll train in HGF classes, complete weekly challenges, receive education and use MyFitnessPal to support your nutrition habits. You’ll also be part of a private challenge Facebook group for updates, encouragement and accountability.

 
Check in and reset

At the mid-point, you’ll complete your second Evolt scan and an accountability check-in. This is your chance to review progress, reset your focus and make any adjustments for the second half of the challenge.

Finish strong

At the end of the challenge, you’ll complete your final scan, measurements and testing so you can see how far you’ve come. We’ll also celebrate challenge achievements, weekly wins and overall progress.
