It's easy to click into auto-pilot with your training and lose sight of your overall goals. Or you may have even hit your goals and aren't sure what next.
This challenge is for you, our members, to re-focus your training and kickstart your 2025.

The challenge is additional to your HGF membership and gives you start, middle and final testing sessions as well as nutritional tracking and accountability.​

What's included in the challenge:

Baseline testing sessions at the beginning, middle and end - sessions include an Evolt body scan, measurements and strength and fitness testing

Nutrition tracking and guidance through MyFitnessPal

Optional $5 add on for personalised meal plan

Private Facebook group for challenge participants to share ideas, advice and learn things

Testing sessions are on the following dates:

Initial testing - Friday 31 January 6pm or Saturday 1 February 10am

Mid-point testing - Friday 28 February 6pm or Saturday 1 March 10am

Final testing - Friday 28 March 6pm or Saturday 29 March 10am
